November

Paul has 3 weeks off of school. He's in between clinical rotations and it hardly seems real that we are just months away from graduation. The end is in sight! 5 years together and all we've ever known the "poor college student life" but it has been a great chapter in our life, a great way to start off our marriage and family. There have been many ups and downs but all of it has been worth it.
Paul has been preparing to apply for jobs and has started looking at who's hiring. We've both been awakened at the realization that school is almost over and it's time to be adults. Yikes, am I really ready for that? All we've known is school life. It'll be a challenging and exciting adjustment. There are many big decisions ahead. Although we've sworn we wouldn't stay in Utah, Paul is looking for a few jobs nearby. IF he finds a job that we can continue to live in my parent's basement apartment we will consider it. If not, we'll go where our other offers are, hoping there are other offers.

Anyways, the snow is falling and we are really enjoying the company of family. Caleb LOVES seeing Grandma and Grandpa everyday. Grace has warmed up to family and is crawling, climbing and standing on whatever she can. She bolts for the stairs at any chance. Caleb loves to say silly words and is obviously still learning the English language as he ask, "Pink hulunu mom. Does that make sense?" No it does not. He often asks what words mean and why some words are not ok to say. Playing dogs is his favorite thing to do. "Toby Dog" (my childhood dog's name), he and Grace will crawl all over barking (Grace repeats Caleb's sounds) and asking for treats. I love to see them play kindly.

Caleb refused to smile, Indian was not his first choice for a costume

Dance game with the family, good laughs.

Grandma has swings all over. She LOVES swinging!

I surprised Paul with tickets to a Utah Utes game. My excited face isn't because of the game it's because of my hot date.
