Make Shift Garden
In our quest to become somewhat self reliant we planted a few pots of vegetables. We had to use pots because there is no room for a garden at our apartment building. We planted some red and green peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Pretty much we planted everything we need to make salsa. Caleb had a lot of fun helping us plant them. He got to play in the water and eat as much potting soil as he wanted, maybe it will help his hair start to grow!

Mexico
We had one wild time on our cruise! I'll let the pictures and videos do the talking...
We started things off with some yummy margaritas. Paul accidentally took a sip of one that wasn't virgin.
Amelia got a little wild in the casino.
We did some snorkeling on lovers beach in Cabo San Lucas. And in reference to our last post, we did indeed make out there!
Amelia really wanted to go para sailing so we found a cheap mexican company to take us. It wasnt as fun as we thought it would be.
Shuffle Board is our new favorite game. We lost in a tournament to these Chinese who had never played though. :)
We rode dune buggies. They were so much fun. We got to take them down on the beach to drive.
After swimming on the ship Amelia tried to drive off using the hair dryer.
Our food wasn't as good as we had hoped but we still had good things to eat.
We enjoyed laying out by the pool. We were able to see a pod of whales during the trip, that was pretty cool.
Life size chess was so much fun. This was the first time I was able to talk Amelia into playing with me.
For one of our excursions we took boat to the private island of Yelapa. We walked through the town and hiked to a waterfall.
On our trip to Yelapa Amelia did some dancing with our host. She has some good moves and does a good shimmie.
Amelia went to a hula hoop workout class. Here is a little video. Its funny to see everyone trying to move the hoop and the instructor makes it looks so easy.
It was fun to dress up all fancy and enjoy a nice dinner.

To end our trip we stopped at the Las Vegas temple on our way home to do a session.
